1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using poffy.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or order placement (for COD).
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery for eligible pincodes.
• In the event of payment failure, please retry or contact support before placing a duplicate order.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@poffy.in.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on poffy.in — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Poffy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Poffy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
